Good striper fishing continues. Both morning and afternoon trips saw good fishing with limits of keepers both trips and plenty of releases with fish to around 30# all on shads and plugs.

After some sluggish fishing yesterday, today was the complete opposite. Lock and load fishing for first few hours with up to 6 on at a clip. Shorts, keepers and fish to 33# all on shads. Boxed a limit of keepers and sent back several dozen more with 43 fish going back with Grays tags in them.

Our open boat guys worked their butts off today. Despite best readings of the year, the fish had a little bit of lockjaw. They fished hard all day and wound up taking enough for dinner with plenty of releases by end of the day. Thank you for fishing hard and never giving up.
