Had our open boat trip out this morning. Started off on the slow side reading plenty of fish. Second part of the morning we landed on a nice spread of fish that wanted to cooperate with the guys boxing their limit and releasing plenty of “overs”. Thank you for fishing hard guys.
April 4 -- Season Opener - Bass from 26" to 25#

Started our season today with regulars Bob, Dennis and crew. With the lack of reports we were glad to see a nice body of fish pushed in the last two days. Guys fished hard all day picking away landing just over 2 dozen fish from 26” to 25# all on shads. As the day went on the readings got better and better with more fish pouring in.

Had Dan and crew out today. Cold windy day but the crew fished hard through it. Good action all day with non-stop short life with plenty of keepers in the mix to keep it interesting. Finished with 24 for the day for the 5 man crew.
